I provided my Github page's link below. I will publicize the code of algorithms or simulations I use in my research through this page. For now, I have uploaded a Julia tool-box which can generate the extreme points of a polytope created by a set of linear constraints. This tool-box has the option to output the neighbor extreme points too which will be very helpful to draw a 3D polytope.
